BODYCRAFT, as an industry pioneer has set the industry standard by firstly incorporating Adjust Cable Arm in this Xpress machine. This revolution has opened  avery wide array of exercises including Functional Training, Sports Specific, Core Training, and exercises that mimic Dumbbell Training.


What's more, the double-up design of cable connection allows the press arm resistance increase as 1:2 at 400lb, so as leg press exercise.

Due to an easy connection of free cable pulls with the chest press, the set weight block resistance is 1:2 doubled. Thus the maximum resistance of bench press, i.e., is 400 lb! bench presses, incline presses, shoulder presses, and mid rows.
