This Jones Freedom machine comes standard with our Economic Olympic Bar with a starting weight of 40lbs and a capacity of 500lbs.

Hook and Safety Spotters travel with you. With a quick turn of the wrists., the bar can be locked and racked at any point, 20 lockout position for the bar. The measure of adjustable safety spotter is equipped for the unexpected.

The horizontal direction could be fixed for typical vertical-only Smith motion.
