The Bodycraft cable is an exceptionally versatile power station, but it has only a minimum adjustment of about ¼ square meters. Cable or cable stations allow almost the entire range of exercises - both tensile and pressure exercises.
The cable pull station is equipped with two pulleys, so you can perform exercises with one hand or with both hands (for example Butterflies). Since the pulleys are equipped with snap hooks, other power grips or pulling aids can be used. So you can train the back muscles with a rowing motion very effectively with a parallel handle.
You can effectively strengthen biceps and triceps. The equipment with snap hook has another advantage: The two cables can also be connected together. This can double the resistance.
Many movement options - full range of motion. The two pulleys / cables can each be swiveled by 180 °. This allows you to use the full range of motion in all exercises. This way, the muscles can be trained via the movement path and the training becomes maximally effective.
